Sources and corrections

Every useful reference site needs a visible way to show its work, update changing facts and correct mistakes.

Source priority

We generally prefer direct and primary material: official announcements, player or team statements, competition records, manufacturer specifications and full interviews. Reputable secondary reporting can add context or confirm details.

Corrections

When a material factual error is confirmed, the page should be corrected promptly. Meaningful changes may also update the page’s reviewed or observed date so readers can understand when the record changed.

Send us a correction
